1. delivery areas

we ship to mainland portugal, islands (azores and madeira), the european union and worldwide.

2. delivery times

delivery times range from 5 working days to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and the type of product, particularly if it includes customization. the indicated times begin from payment confirmation and are indicative only.

3. shipping costs

shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the order, and are displayed to the customer during the checkout process, before completing the purchase.

4. carriers

shipments are made through carriers adjusted to each order, including ctt, dhl and ups, among others.

5. order tracking

after dispatch, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery status.

6. failed deliveries

in case of a failed delivery, please contact us at geral@offsidedesportos.com so we can find the best solution.

7. international orders (eu)

for shipments within the european union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

all prices displayed in the online store include vat at the portuguese rate. for customers in other eu countries, different rates may apply in accordance with local legislation.

8. damage during shipping

if your order arrives damaged, the customer must:

a) contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email at geral@offsidedesportos.com;
b) include photographs of the product and packaging;
c) provide the order number.

offside desportos will proceed with replacement or refund in accordance with our return and refund policy.
