1. right of withdrawal
in accordance with decree-law no. 24/2014, of 14 february, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to state a reason and without penalties.
2. how to exercise your right of return
to exercise your right of return, the consumer must:
a) contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, via email at geral@offsidedesportos.com, indicating the order number and the products to be returned;
b) await confirmation and return instructions from offside desportos;
c) send the products within a maximum of 14 days after communicating the return.
the consumer may also use the model withdrawal form available at [form link].
3. return conditions
for the return to be accepted, products must:
a) be in their original condition, without signs of use;
b) retain all original labels and tags;
c) be returned in the original packaging or in suitable packaging that ensures product protection;
d) be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
4. return costs
return costs are borne by the customer, except when the product is defective or non-conforming, in which case the costs will be borne by offside desportos.
5. available options
after receipt and verification of the returned products, the consumer may choose from:
a) full refund of the amount paid;
b) exchange for another product of equal or higher value;
c) store credit for future use.
6. refunds
the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products or after proof of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.
the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. no fee will be charged for the refund.
offside desportos may withhold the refund until the returned products are effectively received or until the consumer provides proof of dispatch.
7. sale and promotional items
items purchased on sale or promotion follow the same return policy applicable to all other products.
8. exceptions to the right of return
in accordance with article 17 of decree-law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, namely, to:
a) products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
b) sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery;
c) products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
9. defective or incorrect products
if you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email at geral@offsidedesportos.com with:
a) your order number;
b) a description of the issue;
c) photographs of the product and/or defect.
in such cases, offside desportos will bear all return costs and will proceed with product replacement or a full refund, according to the consumer's preference.
products purchased in the online store benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 3 (three) years, under decree-law no. 84/2021.
